Attention SNSD Parents: Immunization Requirements Reminder

Please remember to update and submit your child’s updated immunization record or approved exemption documentation to the school by October 1, 2026.

In accordance with Arkansas state law, students who have not met the required immunization criteria by this deadline will not be permitted to remain in school until all vaccine requirements have been fulfilled.

We appreciate your help in taking care of this important requirement and ensuring your child can continue attending school without interruption. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact your student's school nurse.

REQUIRED VACCINES 

1. All Kindergarten students must be updated on all required childhood vaccinations.
2. Students 11 years old need a TDap booster.
3. Students entering 7th Grade need a meningitis vaccine.
4. Students 16 years old need a meningitis booster.
