Mrs. Amy Fulco joined the Smackover-Norphlet team in June of 2025 as the Assistant Principal at Smackover Elementary School.

Mrs. Fulco brings 12 years of experience as an elementary teacher in the El Dorado School District. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

“I’m thrilled to step into this new role as an assistant principal,” Mrs. Fulco said. “I have a deep passion for supporting others and am truly committed to the work I do. I’m beyond excited and ready to begin this upcoming school year!”

Outside of her professional career, Mrs. Fulco values family above all. She and her husband, Brandon, have been married for 15 years and have two sons—Maddux, 10, and Murphy, 7. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Michigan Wolverines during football season, watching movies with her boys, and doing a little shopping.
