Smackover Elementary students had a sweet surprise in the library this week while reading The Candy Corn Contest. As part of the fun, students earned chances to guess how many candy corn pieces were in a jar by scoring 100s on their AR quizzes. Their hard work and excitement made the contest a lively addition to their reading time.

This year’s winner was Kambria Crockett, who impressed everyone by guessing the exact number—285 candy corn pieces! Congratulations, Kambria!
